BILLING QUESTIONS

Do I pay in advance for swim lessons?
Yes. Payment is due on the 10th of each month for the following month. For example, payment for March is due by February 10th. You may pay for several months in advance if you wish.

Do you send me a bill each month?
No. We do not send a bill. We post signs in our lobby, and we send post cards to remind you when payments are due.

What happens if I do not pay by the 10th?
If payment is not received by the tenth, we will assume that you have decided not to continue. We may offer your time to someone on the waiting list if you have not communicated your desire to continue with us.

I am going on vacation do I still have to pay for the lessons we miss?
You have two choices,
1. Pay for the lessons you will miss to hold your time and instructor and make your missed lessons up OR
2. You may stop your lessons at the end of any month. All lessons are packaged on a monthly basis.

What if I stop lessons and I want to return later?
You will have to go on the wait list to be scheduled again. There is no guarantee you will get your old time and instructor back.

MAKEUP LESSONS

Do you offer Makeup lessons?
Yes, if you miss a lesson you can make it up with a makeup instructor for a $5 charge.

When are makeup lessons offered?
Makeup lessons for Private and Semi-private lessons are offered Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:10 pm and Wednesdays from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Other days and times are available seasonally.
Makeup lessons for Parent & Me classes are offered the last Saturday of each month at 11:30 am and every Wednesday at 6:30 pm.
Makeup lessons for Stroke Clinic classes are offered the last Saturday of each month at 12:30 pm.

My child missed a lesson, when can I make it up?
Makeup lessons must be completed within the same calendar year as the absence. Please plan ahead. If you wait until the end of the year to do all the makeups for the entire year, you run the risk of not being able to work them all in before we close in December.

How do I schedule a makeup lesson?
Stop by the front desk.

What if I miss my makeup lesson?
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to the lesson, a $5 fee is still charged to your account.
